1. Principle
On Polarisy, you take part in games offered by partner merchants, you earn points and you redeem them for offers, such as discounts, products or perks, provided by those merchants. Participation is free and requires no purchase.
2. Earning points
Each game shows the number of points it can earn, and these points are credited to your account when the game is won. The result of every game is verified by our servers according to that game's own rule, for example reaching a minimum score, and the result displayed on your device is not final until it has been validated by our servers.
A game you have already won cannot be replayed. While a game is in progress it is locked: you cannot start a second one in parallel on the same game, and if the session is interrupted, the lock expires after ten minutes.
3. Replaying after a loss
When you have lost a game, you can replay after twenty-four hours. If you prefer not to wait, you can replay immediately by watching a rewarded ad, which always remains optional.
4. Using your points
Your points are redeemed for the offers shown in the app, within the limit of the available stock and the validity period of each offer. The point cost of each offer is shown to you before redemption, and a confirmed redemption is final. Once the offer is redeemed, you present it to the merchant using an identifier or a QR code, under the conditions stated on the offer.
Offers are provided and honored by merchants, who are responsible for them. Polarisy is not the seller.
5. Nature of points
Points have no monetary value. They are not refundable, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be assigned or transferred from one account to another. They are neither a currency nor a means of payment. They do not expire as long as your account is active, but each redeemed offer may have its own deadline for use.
6. Fraud and penalties
In case of cheating, fraud or breach of the Terms of Service, for example with multiple accounts, scripts or a modified app, Polarisy may cancel results or points, suspend or delete the account and refuse the redemption of the offers concerned.
7. Account deletion
Deleting your account means losing your points and your unused offers, without any compensation. The procedure is described on the Account & Data Deletion page.
8. Changes to the program
Polarisy and merchants may change, suspend or end games, offers or the program itself. We will inform you of significant changes that affect your points.
