Why a subscription
Creating games, offers and ads on Polarisy Studio is free, and you can publish as many as you need. Only making an ad visible to users of the Polarisy app requires a subscription: it includes the visibility of one ad, and you can make further ads visible at the same time by adding capacity, which you can add or remove yourself at any time as your needs change. Every subscription starts with a thirty-day free trial, which you can use once. The price, duration and payment terms of the subscription and of any additional capacity are shown to you in the Polarisy Studio app before you commit, and you are only bound once you have confirmed your subscription.
Payment and invoices
Payment is handled by a secure payment provider, and Polarisy does not keep your bank card data. An invoice is made available to you for each payment. As Polarisy benefits from the VAT exemption regime, prices are stated without VAT.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically once the trial ends, and then at the chosen interval, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded; none of your ads then remain visible. Adding capacity is billed immediately, prorated for the time left in the current period; removing it only takes effect, without refund, at the next renewal. If prices change, you are informed at least thirty days in advance and you can cancel free of charge before the change takes effect.
