How a validation works
When a user redeems an offer, they receive in their app an identifier or a QR code that they show you in your shop. You then validate this offer from the Polarisy Studio app, notably by scanning the QR code with your phone.
What you see
The validation tells you whether the offer is valid, without giving you the user's identity. You receive no information that would allow you to identify your customer, and you must only use the information from the validation to honor the offer.
If an offer is not valid
An offer may be refused if it has already been used, if its validity period has ended or if it does not correspond to your business. Simply explain this to the customer, who can check the deadline and conditions of the offer in their app.
Reminder of your commitments
You have committed to honoring the valid offers you publish, under the announced conditions. If you notice a problem with a validation, write to us at contact@polarisy.com and we will sort it out with you.
