Information that helps us reply quickly
Give us your account's email address, the app concerned, your phone model and its Android or iOS version, and a description of what you did and what you saw on the screen. A screenshot is often very useful. Never send us your password.
Requests about your data
To exercise your rights over your data or to ask for your account to be deleted, write to us from your account's email address, following the instructions on the Account & Data Deletion page or in the Privacy Policy.
Response times
We strive to reply to every message as soon as possible. For requests concerning your personal data, we reply within one month at the latest.
