Creating an account and signing in
You can create your account with an email address and a password, or sign in directly with your Google account. Each person may hold only one account, and you must be at least 16 years old to create one.
Editing your profile
Your profile contains the information you chose to provide, such as your name or nickname and your photo. All of this information, except the identifier needed to sign in, is optional and you can change it at any time from the app.
You forgot your password or cannot sign in
First check that you are entering the right email address and that you did not create your account with Google, in which case you need to use the Google sign-in button. If the problem persists, write to us at contact@polarisy.com from your account's email address and describe what you see on the screen.
Deleting your account
You can ask for your account and your data to be deleted at any time by writing to us at contact@polarisy.com. The full procedure, with what is deleted and what may be kept, is described on the Account & Data Deletion page. Keep in mind that deletion is final and that your points and unused offers will be lost.
