Choosing an offer
The available offers are shown in the app with their point cost, their validity period and the conditions set by the merchant. Before confirming a redemption, check this information, because a confirmed redemption is final.
Redeeming your points
When you have enough points, you can redeem the offer from the app. Your points are then deducted from your balance, and the offer appears in your rewards with an identifier or a QR code.
Presenting the offer to the merchant
Go to the relevant merchant and present the offer's identifier or QR code. The merchant validates it on their side, without needing to know who you are. Some offers have a deadline for use, shown in the app, which must be respected.
If the merchant refuses an offer
Offers are provided and honored by merchants, and Polarisy is not the seller. If a merchant refuses to honor a valid offer, write to us at contact@polarisy.com stating the name of the business and the offer concerned, so that we can contact them.
